Which Irish pensions can I move directly into a Maltese IORPS?

Automatic approval (no Revenue clearance needed) applies only to transfers from occupational schemes under Chapter 13:

• Executive Pensions (One-man insured arrangements)

• Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS)

• Group Pension Schemes

• Master Trusts

Any other Irish structure must first be routed into an occupational pension before onwards transfer—and ARFs are not transferable.
