Helen Murdoch brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on retirement scheme administration, trust administration, and insurance management. Her career reflects a deep commitment to delivering compliant, client-focused solutions across highly regulated sectors.

Helen is an active member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), demonstrating her dedication to ongoing professional development and industry best practices.

 

Her wealth of experience and technical expertise make her a trusted contributor to the ongoing success and governance of pension and trust-related services.

Aidan McLoughlin is the Managing Director of ITC Group and a leading authority in pensions, taxation, and trust law. A graduate of University College Dublin, he qualified as both a solicitor and a tax consultant in 1987. He is a Fellow of the Irish Tax Institute (ITI) and the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (FIIPM), and a member of the Law Society of Ireland, STEP, and the Association of Pension Lawyers of Ireland (APLI).

Aidan was the inaugural Chairman of the Association of Pension Trustees of Ireland (APTI) and a former President of the Irish Brokers Association (IBA). He has authored and edited ten editions of Revenue: Pensions Law and Practice and contributed to various Oireachtas Committees on pension reform. He has also served on the PEPPS advisory committee for EIOPA, further highlighting his role in shaping European pensions policy.

Brendan Conlon has over 30 years of experience across the financial, investment, banking, pension, fund administration, depositary, and custody sectors. He has held senior roles with AIB Treasury, Daiwa Securities, and Bank of Ireland Securities Services, and spent 10 years as Managing Director of Fexco Global Investments.

 

Brendan currently serves as Director to several regulated firms across the Funds, AIFM, MiFID, and Pension sectors. He has completed regulatory approvals with authorities including the Central Bank of Ireland and the Malta Financial Services Authority.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the Dublin Institute of Technology, Brendan is a member of both the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience in Malta’s financial services industry, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Business from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). With a strong focus on the pensions sector for the past 15 years, Caroline began her career at a leading trustee and wealth management firm, where she managed and led a team of pension and investment administrators.

Since joining the company in January 2016, Caroline has taken on a multifaceted leadership role. As General Manager, MLRO, and Company Secretary, she plays a central part in overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic goals.
